Showroom Brunico

As part of an exhibition about the photo artist Gustav Willeit, the Sternbach team is staging exciting and partly surreal worlds together with the works of Gustav Willeit in the showroom.

The furniture and objects in the showroom harmonise or contrast strongly with the worlds Gustav Willeit conveys in his photographs.

The exhibition took place from 17.12.2017 - 31.1.2018.

Gustav Willeit was born in Brunico Italy, and grew up in Corvara in Alta Badia. He studied at the school of art „F+F Schule für Kunst und Design“ in Zurich, Switzerland, acquiring technical skills that can now be found in the formal structures underpinning his innate poetic vision of the world. He worked as an assistant at the studios of various photographers in Zurich. Since 2006, he has been working freelance.
